Is there any up to date programs, methods, sites I can use to help me find the email to an unmigrated account?

Sorry if its a stupid question I've been out of the game for a while.

That just checks whether or not a username is migrated, he's after an email so he can contact the owner I'm guessing. Or something of the sort
