Help with Chargeback.

I got scammed $30 via a loan. I want to chargeback but I am not sure how. It was via F&F (I forgot to say G&S) I go to open a Dispute and it does not let me due to it being F&F. Please help. A massive Vouch will be given and 1 reputation.

Did you pay via PayPal balance or your credit card? If credit card you're able to contact your bank saying this payment was unauthorized. If not, there's pretty much no way of getting your money back :/

You just say it was unauthorised. Under the circumstances that your renting and someone used your computer while you went out. Easy refund

Never works, trust me, I've lost chargebacks saying that and won chargebacks against people who tried that excuse.

Well it obviously wasn't executed properly cause I'm yet to loose a chargeback and I've won with that reason.
