Unfortunately I only know how to do this with OVH firewalls.

Log in with putty and set up IPTables with restrictive routing and filtering then you're set, this won't 100% stop your issue however if its Layer 4 as you said it will reduce the strain on your network significantly. Sadly, I don't have the time to do this for you, however, there are a ton of guides out there!

Use mangle and prerouting, you should get rid of most packets that are "bad" that way. Good Luck!

Heres the thing...

DDoS is impossible to stop. instead we will migrate it over to another network full of server that can handle it and block it. you can try aws waf but its really expensive. DDoS is expensive to stop. like the anonymous did to the dyn network with the LoT devices lots of them took down lots of popular websites including Spotify! GL on trying to stop it...

I might be able to tomorrow, but this is a job that usually requires a lot of money so its not gonna be high on my agenda, I agree with what is stated above, to a degree, you don't shove it off onto another network (you can), rather you can filter packets and mitigate the destructive power of the ddos, it will no matter what hurt your network to a degree, but you can still be operational with good filtering.
