Help with paypal

Hey, i have a payment hold in paypal
it said 7 days and ill get the payment. it's been 15 days and still didn't get it.
tried to do everything: update tracking, and tons more.

If you could help me that will be appreciated

contact paypal because im pretty sure they payed through goods and services but didn't didn't verify the payment
