HELP WITH WORLDEDIT

Anyone know how to make it so that u cant pearl into a certain region? I have that region defined with 2 different regions, but i want it so that u cant pearl into one. I did /region flag <name> enderpearl deny and it still didn't work. Any help? If you need more detail lemme know.
