Hello,
I've watched a few youtube tutorials and im looking at hosting a server on my old windows 7 pc. I'm planning on creating a network which hooks into backend & frontend things to help me with that sort of stuff aswell. But the one problem that has always come to me, is keeping my pc on. Is it ok for my computer to be on for say a week, then I quickly turn it off, turn it on and launch everything again from my new pc?

That is perfectly fine. I have clients Who leave their computers on 24/7. I can help you with setting up something home hosted if you would like.

IF you desire help setting up a platform to host your servers on, I would advise ditching windows 7 for this, mainly because you will lose a lot of resources due to the GUI.[DOUBLEPOST=1510355370][/DOUBLEPOST]
