_Vargan - Staff Resume
About me:
Hey everyone! I'm 16 years old, I live in the UK and am experienced with the role of moderating. I'm hoping to find a new server to moderate, preferably a faction or prison based one, to improve my skills and to widen my friendships in the minecraft community. I am a pretty shy lad when it comes to speaking, however when communicating via text I feel more confident and feel as though I can adhere to people better, which I hope is no problem c:. I have been playing minecraft for three years on many different communities, which has broadened my knowledge of the game and different server types.
Although I may sound quite strict, I'm really not c:. I like to have a bit of fun, so long as it doesn't affect others negatively.
Not really a hobby kinda guy, just do the normal teenage boy things like computer games, tv, etc.
Position
The position i'd like to apply for would be Helper or Moderator. I think I'd prefer to work my way up the ranks, rather than going straight to the top. This is so I can get to know the server and the community beforehand.
As far as paying me goes, i'm not really too concerned although its your choice
.Summary
I am an experienced, well trained and confident minecraft player who yearns to develop, assist and build a community which strives to success by meeting any goals and deadlines. I maintain a high standard of professionalism and patience to ensure the server remains in a good standard for the guests, to show our loyalty and commitment to them.
Objective
So what is my objective? Well my objective is to assist you to create a community which, not only, has a pleasant atmosphere but has a good set of standards for the guests to make them feel safe and welcome.
Employment History
- Ex-Moderator for MCBCON - An annual event for minecraft builders. (Large player base - 100+)
- Ex-Moderator for Yomamasminecraft’s server - A youtuber who unfortunately quit youtube, but is starting up again. (Player base of 20-30)
- Builder for EnderCraft - A factions server (Small based) (Player base of 10-20)
Note: I haven't worked for many servers however the ones I have worked for have given me experience and knowledge, which could be useful for your server !

Why do I deserve this position?
My sophisticated manner can come handy for developing a strong and hard working staff team, as well as improving the standards of the server and the overall atmosphere. I feel that my capability of moderating will be deemed as useful for your server. Amongst others, I feel that I am a strong candidate for this position as my dedication and commitment will improve the well being and bring in new players for your server. I understand the three vital components for being a good staff member, which are commitment, communication and control. All of which, I believe I have and I am able to use them in a positive way, although I do prefer text chat to mic as stated above.
Another key aspect of being a staff member is respect. Not just for the players but for the staff members as well. If you respect individuals, you get respected back. Talking and getting to know players is key as it allows you to share ideas and thoughts about the server, as well as making the player feel welcome.
Finally, I feel as though it is great to have a good laugh as a staff member. Its always good to have fun and make players feel welcome, as well as making each individual feel special.
What do I want to see in the server?
I am looking for a server with dedicated and committed staff as well as an active server and staff team. I would like to see a motivated, persistent and strong-minded owner who strives for success and perfection in their server, however at times is laid back and down to earth. Going that extra mark for the server is key, and I am more than willing to help you!
I am looking for a server (preferably a network) which is active and has a constant player base of at least 20-30.
