Sick of players being able to spam /helpop ? This is a quick and easy solution! What this plugin does is put a cooldown on the /helpop plugin so that players are not able to spam it, just a little plugin I made for a HCF Server so thought why not try make a small buck of it.

NOTE:
This was made for Tropical HCF, they didnt buy it off me i just felt bad because players were able to spam the helpop. Selling this plugin for 3$.

I made this plugin for them because you are able to spam there helpop, i gave them this plugin for free.

Why would you sell this.. Anyone can make this.
