High Quality Quick "City" build.

Hello Minecraft Market!

For my future server, I've been looking for a few things. If you do web design, I posted requesting web design in a different place as well, but I am looking for a city build. It must be very complex, around 500x500. This is for a future "role play" server I'm planning on pulling off.

If you can get the job done, I do have a fairly high budget. However, I'm looking to work with a professional, team or individual.

I have an open timeframe, but looking for as soon as possible.
