I had the idea to create a website fully focused around server owners hiring developers from a purpose built listings site, with a ratings system to build trust.
All communication regarding the plugin would be done through the site, and a staff team could investigate a developer if something went wrong because we'd have access to all communication.
We'd also have a recommended system, where we'd refund the money to server owners if they were scammed by a developer we'd recommended. This'd take away the risk of spending big money on plugins.
Finally, our team would review all of the plugins going through the service meaning security would be guaranteed.
