Hire another Resource Moderator

I personally think that it takes way too long for resources to be checked and then made public. So I think that another resource moderator would be great for speeding up the process of this.

We do already have plans to introduce another resource moderator in the future, we just don't have anyone in mind for promotion right now, they will be coming soon though.
