Buddy, Ive owned a Server before without paying staff, Being staff is a accomplishment not something you get paid for. Dont expect money from helping out.
What I was pointing out is that people usually expect payment since this is McMarket.

This is ridiculous. You've given no information. Are we expected to create plugins, or just configure them? What do you want built? A 50x50 spawn? A 250x250 PvP arena? A 20x20 crates area? And the fact that you're not paying anyone... Who in the hell (except maybe a friend) would make free plugins for you? Build free structures for you? This is McMarket. If you want half decent plugins/builds, offer money.
