Hiring Developers

Hello, MC-Market community. I Co-own a somewhat "popular" network, called MinePunch, the server gets 60-80 players on average and 140+ at a high. Recently, I have started HCF, OPPrison, and KitPvP. It's getting quite tedious coding plugins by myself in such a short amount of time. For now, if hired, the developing team will work mainly on HCF as I am planning to have that up very soon. Almost everything is done, I just want to add some unique things that will make the server stand out from any other HCF server out there. I've already made the HCF plugin with help from one of the Moderators within the network. Just a basic HCF plugin, planning on making it more complex in the future.

For those of you wondering, I have about 6 months worth of Java experience and about 1 1/2 years worth of web development.

Now onto pay, right now we are putting a lot of money into investing into new servers and seeing what the community likes. Part of our money is also going into advertising. Starting pay will most likely be 50-60$(We're not sure yet) for the first few projects, if the server goes well.

Obviously I know what server they'll be used on, so what plugins do you actually need done?
