[HIRING] Looking for Developers for Upcoming Lifesteal Server – LeafMC

Hey everyone,





I’m currently in the early stages of planning a new Minecraft Lifesteal SMP server called LeafMC. The goal is to create a high-quality, unique experience that stands out from typical Lifesteal servers — with a strong focus on gameplay polish, custom enchantments, seasonal content, and long-term player engagement.





What I’m Looking For:


I’m building a small but skilled team, so I’m looking for developers who are not just good with plugins and configs, but ideally also have experience with building — especially spawns, PvP arenas, and event zones. The idea is to keep the dev team tight-knit but efficient, where everyone brings something valuable to the table.





Ideal Developer Skills:

• Plugin configuration & setup (preferably familiar with Lifesteal mechanics)
• Experience with plugin management (LuckPerms, Essentials, AdvancedEnchantments, etc.)
• Able to help with or fully build clean, aesthetic spawns or lobby areas
• Creative problem solving & a collaborative mindset
• (Bonus) Knowledge of performance optimization and backend setups

Timeline & Payment:


I’ll be starting active development in the coming months once funding is in place. If you’re interested, we can talk ahead of time, and I’m more than willing to come up with a payment structure that works for both of us — whether flat-rate or ongoing support.
