Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Support Representatives to provide exceptional assistance to our users. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, communicative, and passionate about gaming and community support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries via Discord, tickets, or live chat.
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive tone at all times.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging community environment.

Requirements:

• 16+ years old
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Prior experience in support, moderation, or community management preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Ability to remain patient and solution-oriented under pressure
• Availability of minimum 2 hours a day
