Today I request a Experienced Developer, that knows Java, Ubuntu, Linux, meaning overall can setup a Dedicated server, maintain it, manage it and develop it. This developer needs to have high expectations of himself or herselfs work, the requirements are:

1. Experienced in Java.
2. Very cooperative.
3. Very out-going on ideas. (Meaning if I request something, and you do not think it is ideal, tell me)
4. 24/7 always here on hours when I need tasks to be done, need to hear from you everyday, I do not want you to vanish for a week, I'm paying you remember so you can't just vanish into thin air.
