Hi,

Vengeance is currently a build team consisting of 3 members. We're looking to grow a bit more, so we're taking applications!

Requirements:
Must be 13 years or older.
Must have a Skype (working microphone)
Must be able to help pay for thread designs, a website for the build team, etc...
Must have a portfolio of previous builds.

Wait... Why are you trying to get people to join your build team and right off the bat, BAM, you're saying people will have to pay for thread designs and a website. That won't get people wanting to join your build team.

You'd be contributing to the websites/thread designs with money earned FROM builds we've done as a team... you need to think before you post.

Still that means you need to deliver a percentage of what you earn toward your team, then comes tax. So what does the builder actually earn?

no... these are one time fees, and are very small amounts.

If these are "Small Amounts" why doesn't the build team owner pay for them for what he got from the builds?

Because it's a TEAM... the whole idea of a team is to do things together. If you're being paid the same amounts I am, I shouldn't be the only one paying for things for OUR build team.

Then explain it different. Say a percentage of each commission goes back into the server to cover up the fees and the money that is left will be split among the builders that made it happen
