I have one major concern and it is for the design. This isn't proper graphic design and was definitely put together by an amateur. I also think it is silly that a team offering web development doesn't have their own website.

I didn't make the design, nor do I have power to make a website for the team either.
I'm a moderator, I make money off of sales as well.
