Hosting $1 per GB

Hello MC-Market,

Recently I got in touch with the owner of hostdark, a website hosting company who are relatively successful. Austin, the owner, wanted to expand to minecraft hosting, and he wanted me to "run" the hosting since he has lots of spare space, currently being wasted, on his VPS.

I have full access to the multicraft - I can create users, servers, etc.

In return Austin wants $20 per month

HOWEVER - if you want to buy several servers, I will do a deal of $20 per month for 32GB in servers, very cheap and unprofessional I realise as this service is sold through me and not a company.

From what I understand, you are selling servers for some and I quote "relatively successful" hosting company. You said he is willing to sell 32GB and all he asks is $20. If he was "relatively successful" he would not really care about $20. If he did care about wanting to join the market why has he not made a section on his website where he can earn proper money, give proper support and have the proper setup? This just seems very sketchy to me, since others have tried doing the same thing here and have shut down.....

As long as the hypervisior have slightly more than that (like on a E5 system) the administrator of it can size such a large sized VM.

Quite wrong. So far I have used 6 servers and ~25GB, and it has run perfectly.

This isn't a hosting company, it's for a few people who want a server on multi craft.

I've just been told Austin sold HostDark and didn't let me know.

I'll see what is happening to the VPS.
