Yes. And it's usually not worth it when it comes to Minecraft Hosting since you have to pay for an accountant (unless you have the knowledge to file your own taxes) and taxes. The rates for taxes depend what state/country you're in. The reason why it's not worth it for the Minecraft hosting business is because you need to offer very low prices to be in a price range where we are nowadays and it's usually very difficult/not worth it to even try to break even.
My situation:
I take a rough number of -50% for every dollar I earn. I have client tax (between 15%-25% and which I usually include on the price except for MCM) and company tax which is 33% right now.
Again, the startup costs depend where you're situated. I paid roughly €1500 for the startup of my own company. That's only to my state. I also paid other additional costs like my accountant, notary, etc.
I'm situated in Belgium and we're usually a bit more complicated and more expensive than other countries.
