Hello,
What is the best rated hosting company for a dedicated server. I was thinking ovh till I read their reviews and they are horrible you can look at the link at the bottom of the page. I have heard bad things and good things about mcprohosting. Their lowest plan is $118 for only 16 Gb Ram and ovh's is $79 for 32 Gb Ram. I need to find the right server ASAP. Please help me find the most reliable server company!
Thanks,
~Kase

McProHosting is super over prices and you're not looking at the CPU's, OVH is cheap because you do everything, their support barely helps but their servers hold up very well, a cannon testing server with 60 players daily uses their 32GB Game plan with huge cannons (1k+ TNT per cannon) going off every second and it's about 18-20 tps all the time.

Hello,

We host large servers that get over 800+ players and specialize in dedicated servers.
I can offer you currently an E3-1240v3, 32GB DDR3 240GB SSD for $80/month with 20Gbps of DDoS mitigation.
I have other machines in stock as well, feel free to add me on Skype: ian.d95
My company owns their own hardware and have been around since 2014.

Use SoYouStart, maybe ask Fire for some recommendation, try Billing.SmishCraft.com
Do keep in mind that SoYouStart is OVH. (Just making note of this so that OP is fully aware)

Kimsufi - http://kimsufi.com/

You can get quite a cheap dedi from there, i would say the Core™ i5-2300 dedi would be best for a MC server.

Kimsufi is part of OVH, however i have had two dedis from them, with no problems at all.

Kimsufi, is a little over priced with the setup fee's at least it's one-time!
They do cost a little more than some, but its worth it for the DDoS protection that comes with them.

All are quite nice, kimsufi, SoYouStart and OVH. With ProHosting you're only getting an i3 and 16 gigs of RAM for a lot more money.

OVH is OK for budget hosting. What's your budget here? If you're willing to pay more you can get better deals. Servers are indeed getting cheaper.

Ian.D's offer seems pretty good, to be honest. It's a great price point and a good spec. You get the benefit of dealing with the host directly too, and not via a reseller. That's something you want to check out with a budget below, say, $120.

There's always RSNET-Radic who can probably help you out too. See: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/6585/
