I think very few forums have these types of threads. Sorry but im only going to review Shared hosts. If u have any host u would like me to check out pls post below :)

Mcprohosting: 5.5/10
They have Intel Xeon E5-2630v3 processors, DDR4 ECC RAM, Samsung SSDs which makes me think they are pretty up to date hardware wise. They have lots of partners too which will boost sales which makes me think they have a lot of customers. However, they overcharge alot. Normally nowadays people charge $5/GB but they charge $10/GB. Also addons may cost alot depending on what you want. They have many mixed reviews so your best bet is not going with them unless you are willing to pay extra for knowing that they will not leak data. They have a knowledgable team but nowadays support tickets may take long or short so if you are new to servers, i suggest NOT going with them unless you have a budget of $100.However, they have many locations which may be good if you have an SMP server.Their control panel is multicraft but they optimised it abit. Many freebies such as custom maps too but you cannot use paypal :(

Bisecthosting: 7/10
Dual Xeon CPUs, DDR3 ECC RAM and solid state drive on all of their nodes. The thing that bugs me the most is that there is no exect specifictions and they are still using DDR3 Ram. However, this host is both Budget and premium. The budget servers are really budget as you will not get customisable slots and also only HDD but its only $3/GB.What can u complain about? Their premium servers step up abit like giving you SSDs Customisable slots and dedicated IP. Even though they charge $9 per GB, the price still surpasses many normal hosts as these addons may cost more. They have not bad ticket response times but they USED to have livechat(24/7 btw) which made it much easier. They use multicraft. However, plugin configuration help cost $25 which is not ideal for starter spigot/bukkit servers or unexperiened server owners.

minecraft-hosting.pro: 6.5/10
Their hardware is not the best.E3-1240v2 processor, Intel SSD, DDR3 and 1 Gbps connection.
If Im not wrong there are better hardware out there. They have a custom made website which looks sweet. They offer $3 per GB but there are very few plans. They are quite reliable but sometimes there is unexpected lag. They may have one of the cheapest prices but they MAY oversell. They have not been around for too long and i normally cant find alot of reviews which makes it really hard to judge. Support tickets take normally 24 hours or less to be answered which is somewhat good considering their prices. They do have a few youtube tutorials which make me think they care abit about their customers. Also i had a survivalnserver with em but they were sometimes huge lag spikes. Multicraft but customised alot.

Cubedhost: 5.5/10 This host is seriously not budget. They do have budget plans but they are not really worth it. premium prices are $12/GB?! This price is not really friendly and their support is http://www.mc-market.org/forums/35/create-threadnot not the best. You get a free dedicated IP with premium servers which is $2.50 for budget which is $8/GB. So as I can say please use this host if you have no budget and all money grows from trees. If they lowered their prices abit, i would consider trying them. They dont really give you what you are paying for as they neither have the best hardware nor 24/7 live support.

GGServers: -10/10
Get this straight, $3/GB for normal and $6/GB premium sounds good. However this is a big mistake. They once had a database leak and information was public. No host should do this and I wonder how did they get s in https

Beastnode:6/10
Budget servers from them weren't really meant to be. 5GB Disk space?! they are $3/GB but i feel that this amount is to small and there are no option for dedicated IPs too. Their Premium plans stepup alot with unlimited bandspace. They do have plugin and mod support which are really likeable as they charge nothing. However support tickets arent answered quickly and may take 16 hours. All of their Minecraft servers are powered by Intel Xeon CPUs with solid state drives for maximum processing and I/O but they didnt specify which is something fishy.
They use Multicraft. Long lasting since 2012.

Serverminer:6.5/10
In my opinion one of the most contributor for help. They have youtube videos to help you out. But the price is not a joke as its 9.33/GB . Their ticket response time may not be the fastest but at least its workable. Also the server runs fine as i tested. Free dedicated IPs too which help out alot. However their price is a little high for what you are getting as many other host nowadays do have bettter support and prices. Which makes them go down in price alot. Such as Mod and plugin support. Remember tho there are mixed reviews.

Apex Minecraft: 7/10
Really likes this host for the sponserships they give but right now we are talking about servers.
They have lots of discount codes here and there which sometimes make them cheap. But normally its $8/GB which is abit expensive for what their giving. They have additional support which help out a little bit.Their livechat is pretty active which i like. But their price is still twice of what i usually go with. For reliability and sponserships, these are the guys for you. Many discount codes and friendly staff.

Minespan:4.5/10
Extremelly cheap. Sub company of hosthorde. I have nothing much to say here except that support is not really helpful and from past experiences, lag because of overselling. Might not want to go with them unless you want a slightly laggy server with a peace of mind cos its only 1.50/GB. This means they have the same hardware and support representitives are the same so if you hate hosthorde and if a bad experience with them, They are still the same tough luck.

OwnageServers:4/10
another GGservers? sort of. Same prices and may be reselling OVH. Worst thing is support tickets, sent one 6 months ago got reply which was very unprofessional. Same features as GGservers but still havent bought a server tthough. But by reviews, at least it start ups.

FluctisHosting:7/10
One very reliable host by reviews. Hardware is quite good. Right now they have a sick sale of 70% off. FOR LIFE. If you want a new Mcprohosting (real pro) but cheaper prices go with them NOW. Support tickets take quite long sometimes and livechat isnt really active.I have seen people supporting them.long lasting and extremely good servers.

Nodecraft:7.5/10
Very professional service. Many great reviews on other forums. Have been to Minecon. I love the control panel and how they manage their servers. However like most long sttanding hosts its $10 per GB. One of quality hosts but still if you want a guality host and custom control panel use them. However do not expext 24/7 livechat and ticket responser times to be quickest because they have a standard timing.

Minecrafthosting.io: 8.9/10
One of best host around. Very helpful with plugins mod packs and eveerything else. $3/GB but they are your best budget host. Only downside is livechat may sometimes be unavailable because they are busy in real life etc and they are using DDR3 ram. Very little lag. Use them if you want to start a server. Best budget host around. Staff extremely friendly and they help with everything.

UnitedMC: 8.7/10
The new minerack with $4/GB. Each box is normally filled with 5-7 people but should still be running good. Only downside is livechat may not be online all the time. However they use great hardware and their Staff(especially Seth the CXO) are really kind and helpful. Best host to use if you need a undermanaged server. Now they have premium plans that look great.

Host-Atom:8.5/10
Very good prices.Alot of customer satisfaction instant setup and only $3/GB. This is the host that GGservers were supposed to be. Live chat may not be online very much but support ticket response time is under 24 hours. However, Dedicated IPs are risky as a one time setup fee which is not really good. But i like they take initiative to use pocketpanel which is an android app (i wish they could sponser me lol). Budget host but great features. Jamie is the guy u shld look out for he manages host-atom. Errota

Hosthorde: 6/10
First things off they still are abit better than Mcpro if you are talking of overall. But they are slightly laggy but what can u say? Unlimited Ram is not true but as spigot forums always say, Ram is not everything. Support tickets are not really quick but they are a long term host not run by kids. Main company of Minespan, You can expect same quality as them. Best thing is the price. Not really much of a hole in your pocket. BUT THE MOST BAD THING NO DEDICATED IP :( lol but they do have good sub domains.

Clovux: 8.1/10
Better than Beastnode. But they have the same idea. Good ticket response times, little lag and good reputation.Has Skype contacts which means that they care for customers as normally this means to get close to clients and easier support.Only problem is dedicated IPs are slightly expensive and they charge in euros(approx slightly above $4). However, livechat is not very active.Good company to use for those who are intermediate managers.Good prices just contact support. Extremely reasonable prices too.

OMGserv:4/10
Unlimited again? even cheaper than hosthorde?!This may probarly lead to overselling. I dont really want to say much as i have not tested before but by the looks of it, looks like some host that doesnt really care about performance. Do not use for a Completed server unless you trust them. Note to you, they are not really up to date with the current spigot and bukkit. Also its not chuck Norris apporved, its disapproved. My friend has a server with em and its a bag of lag

Withernode:6.5/10
Looks like a long standing host and many reviews. But the lack of team means support tickets may not be the quickest. Their addons are really useful for beginners like plugin set up etc. But by the lack of team means maybe they dont have the money to hire another one. Moral of the story? Host like Mcpro but better dont last because of the KIDS.

ExtraVM: 8/10
Run by MikeA a person who has a good reputation.Used to be staff of Exodus hosting which means they were a good host if Mike ended up like this. OVER THE TOP HARDWARE(use fast i7-4790K 4.0GHz processors and SSDs for their Minecraft servers, which outperform most competitors) and its like no profit host as the prices are too cheap. It looks like a one man team but saw that support and live chat response and activeness is good.Cheap dedicated Ips and add-ons. If you want an under managed server with rock solid hardware and experienced person.Contacted Mike A: Game servers are ran off of OVH servers, they are cheap compared to other companies. I don't make much off Minecraft hosting, I didn't start it to make lots of money though. True meaning of knowledge means he is an experienced person in hosting. This proves it.ExtraVM FTW MikeA any thing else to add XD

Notchhost:8/10 2.50/GB another shockbyte? Haven't seen any lag so far but maybe they are not but the prices are suspicious though. I'm trying out tickets and they sometimes seem longer or shorter. But i assure you their support is better than shockbyte. But the best is that NotchHost1 could pm me why their servers are cheap like did they buy in bulk etc. this host to be continued next time.
UPDATED: They are a good host and the hardware is up to date with DDR4 RAM and E5-1650v3. Reccomended for people and the cheap prices are because they do it for fun. Ticket response times are under 16 hours

Shockbyte: 5.3/10 extremely cheap but comes with a catch. Very poor ticket response times and overpriced dedicated ips. What i feel sad about is that advantage server's owner recommended them. Very good for starting off but not for future.

Anvilnode: 8.5/10 Best budget host around . Good prices nice hardware and good locations. Very kind friendly and honest staff would go with them. Dedicated IP prices are $1 per month. Bukget too. Downsides are that it does not provide free webhosting, pocket panel and plugin configuration. But what can u complain $2.50 per GB and a good owner Anvilnode

Wulfhosting: 7.3/10 The company GGservers ahould be $1.50 and $3. Budget and premium respectively. Well known Owner and good servers. However its sad that sometimes there may be errors but they didnt make a ticket Jubble anything else to add?

CONTINUED, I GOTTA SLEEP Lol :p
