Finally a web dev responds. For my next page I'm going to try and work on this.
It's okay, most peoples' first site looks like crap.
Just a few things though:
Make sure you use spaces.
You try to include a style.css but it does not exist
Bgcolor attribute is deprecated.
Center tag is deprecated.
Font tag is deprecated, and there's no point in using it if you're not going to put anything inside of it.
Code should be indented.

It's alot nicer, and smaller. People don't hate on it because it doesnt have a "bootstrap" feel. A lot of people think people are lazy for using bootstrap and CSS frameworks, but hey. Life only lasts for so long
