Move you mic away from your mouth (I might assume headset?)

Lower the background music, it's background for a reason :p

Try to speak a bit more clearly. It seems you might be trying to whisper, maybe family? Try your best to record at times you are able to loudly project your voice so it doesn't come off choppy.

I might also suggest a tpack, something different from x16 or faithful. I prefer to watch people with a texture pack, as it's easier on the eyes than the default textures.

Either way, good luck and give it some time.

OH AND ALSO, POST ON EVERY WEBSITE YOU CAN, LOL. Spread the word around Hydra, try to gain local fans first.

Consistency is key.
Take a look at Jackscepticeye. he has one of the most consistend upload schedules out there, and he's at 8 mil right now, while he had only 2 mil the year before and was in the late hundred thousands 2 years ago.
Its unlikely you'll get to 1 mil in less than 2 years even if you produce top quality, but reaching 100.000 subs is a fantastic end goal already.

set your goals to be small. first goal: get 100 subscribers. Post a video with good audio quality and balancing every week and you'll reach that in a few months if you do a bit of advertising, if not faster.

create unique content: don't start with a minecraft survival lets play. That's been done, redone and overdone a thousand times.
instead, do something few others have done before.

decide what sort of interests you want your viewers to have: casual banter, comedic hilarity or serious competitive. To explain what those mean, casual means something like Slogoman and his friends are doing. Comedic hilarity is the sort of thing that Seananners is going for (and pewds as well, I guess, though he has quite the special way to do it), or serious competitive, which I actually have no good examples for since I don't watch those types myself.
You get the idea though, people that are actually trying their hardest to be the very best like no one ever was.

that's all for now.

By the way, the thing that's really holding me back is the lack of consistency. I have absolutely no regular upload schedule.
