How do people change their names so fast?

Hey guys. So, I was looking to get the name "Zoo" today, but only to find out it was taking. Exactly at the time it became available.
So, my question is, how do they do this?
Is there some sort of tool? Or are they just extremely good at timing their clicks?
I would be very happy if someone could explain this to me

They look at the seconds and click it about 1-2 seconds before. Also a few have "bots" that auto change the name for them

Any idea where they get these "Bots" from?

I'd assume custom coded someone on here uses one.. wont say any names xD

You easily could as i said simply click change name 1-2 seconds before its not hard and its gotten me some nice names

Oh I know it's not hard. It's just me not being on my PC at the right time (Work, at a friends, school. etc)
