I want it like MediaFire, where I can give someone a link and they can download it, But I also want it for free.
Media fire only allows like 4gb for free or something, maybe Ill just buy mediafire pro.

You will work on the VM for a bit but you could sign up for a free Vultr account with a coupon that they usually have good sign up deals. The only "catch" that you will have to give them your credit card info I think (just to "link it" though).

Then from there you can rent a free large partitioned VM from there. Don't also forget to destroy it once your done though.
