Fully functioning creative server with 150 x 150 plots, it is a new server but is built to be big. We have custom plugins and scripts for voting.

You're basically asking how much we find other peoples builds to be worth, because that's what a Creative Server is, is other peoples work. Did you have your players accept a TOS explaining that you may or may not use their builds for money? Did you explain to them that they do not own their builds and that you have the rights to them?

If you said 'no' to either of those, then you have some work to do.

Now that i see that, do you even have any plots built on? Or are you really asking about the value of a server with hundreds of empty 150x150 square grass sections?

I could setup a creative server in 15 mins creative servers are worth like nothing unless you have a very and I mean very good playerbase

You don't need to ask for their permission anyway, it's not like they can do anything legally.

Well it'd be ridiculous if they did haha but yes they can.
It's Creative Content Rights, if the server is hosting your build or showcasing your build and can be found to be making profit of the build, then you'd have grounds to sue if you wanted to.
You may only get a few bucks but you technically could.
