I have seen quotes anywhere from 30-80$, for a more cheaper artist. However, some have been asking for 100-200$. I am not an artist by any means, but this looks pretty time consuming. I'm going to give a rough estimate of anywhere from 60-125$. But, that depends on the graphics designer. I would look for someone who produces quality work, vs the cheapest priced one.

That doesnt exactly look very simple xD Id say around ... $50 maybe more, depends on the artist.
