Those are clearly spam bots to make you're server look bigger than it actually is. You can tell that by if you look at spawn you see many players just standing still

Just checked out the server... Basically, I joined OPFactions and there was 1 person online (at peak time) I also spawned randomly into some wierd territory. (Not spawn) and overall this server does NOT have any playerbase. (0-3 if any)).
Builds seems to be downloaded and the server itself is extremly poorly setup.
(Examples: You spawn with the default stone tools from essentials in the hub, mcmmo starter message, etc)
Would value it (30-60$) max. Could setup something better in 3 hours tbh.

There was no need to continue the conversation once he said that. I actually went on with it until I saw that comment. A person who runs a server and doesn't know what http://www.minecraftservers.org is usually doesn't run a good server.
