How do I insert my vouches into a spoiler? As can be seen in my signature. I'm pretty new to this.

Looks like you can't. The only way to quote it is to create a quote using the "+" button and insert the information.

Hit the "reply button" on the post containing the vouch, copy the text and paste it in your signature.
