However I doubt you have that much to spend, I suggest just emailing them or getting to know people who know them for them to refer you etc.

Be very careful when you are trying to get in touch with a popular You tubers for videos and reviews. Make sure you contact them directly at their REAL accounts. There are scams out there and impersonators. I would not respond to anyone on a forum who claims they know or managers you tubers. Most You Tubers will deal directly with you and not go through a manager. I know this firsthand because my son was recently scammed by a group of idiots in Minecraft. Be very careful not to send these impersonators money via paypal and do NOT give them any personal information.
