Ehh, it's really not hard. Request details from an API of an active proxy, check that it's up, and you're away. Nothing hard about that.

- Mobile friendly
- Have pages like contact, terms
- The people must stay longer on your site than just 10 seconds
- You have to focus on Keywords
- Set HTML Meta-Tags
- And much more
