The trusted medal is handgiven by the administrators.

Which, to be honest, is bullshit. Whether a user can be determined trusted or not shouldn't have a requirement of monetary contribution. It just creates this false sense of security, believing that premium members are less likely to scam.
You still have to fill out a very detailed form.
