So i wanted to know a way to stop Charge Backs when running a minecraft server.
My Refund Policy
Anything you purchase from this store is considered a intangible virtual item. We cannot recover the items you used when you purchased the package or the perks you have used. No refunds will be granted.
I just want a way to stop charge backs 50% of the times.

1. NebulaPvP has the right to ban you at any time, for a reason upheld by their rules, or normal community guidelines.
2. Charging back will result in a ban from NebulaPvP. There will be no appeals, and you will not be able to hold an alt on the server as well.
3. You recognize that you are over 18, or have consulted and been approved by a parent or legal guardian to purchase a rank on our server. Due to this, you recognize and forfeit all chances of a PayPal, CreditCard, or other chargebacks.
4. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Minecraft, Microsoft, any companies hired or used for the making of a plugin on our server, so you agree to not ask them for you money back or support in the case of a chargeback.
5. We have the right to change or remove any package(s), item(s), etc. or to change the pricing of any package(s), item(s), etc. on our own terms without prior consent from a donator.
6. You realize that these items are virtual and hold no value. This means that you may not sell these items in game for IRL things, money, or things to be purchased with IRL money.

I) Since The items and ranks you are purchasing/donating for are Digital Items. There is a strict no refund/chargeback policy. No refunds will be granted except on special condtions. (No chargebacks)
II) Attempts to circumvent our refund policy via filing un-authorized charges with your credit card company will result in a permanent ban, and could also cause a police investigation.
III) The server is not responsible if you or a third party you are purchasing for in the case of a ban, or anything else that may affect your playing experience on NebulaPvP including but not limited to:
Being killed by another player, either in a tournament, or randomly
Being blown up by a mob, thereby losing any purchased items.
Being banned
A server reset, including a lost rank, or lost items such as vote keys, blocks, or other purchased goods.
IV) The server can effect your rank/purchase in anyway(Perk removal to all ranks or even termination of someones rank) without refund. By buying anything here, you agree that we have full control over your rank. These events will rarely happen where a purchase item or rank will be terminated or confiscated, but is within the realm of possibility if deemed necessary by a server staff.
V) If the server is ever to shut down, all purchased items will be void
VI) Because these purchases are "donations" we reserve the right to refuse giving you your item/service
VII) If you are under 18, please have your parents permission to purchase any items from our store.
VIII) Before purchasing these goods, you must enter information about yourself(Address, Name, Email, etc). You agree that this information is accurate and up to date
IX) We do not assume any liability for our goods being sold by third party users
X) No information obtained by you from our store or through any third party shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in these terms.
