How to vouch for others on mcm?

Is there a specific amount of vouches you need to become a middleman? If not how do you start your middleman services? Also how do you give someone a vouch on mcm? I am very confused on these.

Vouches can be given out by adding a reputation or simply commenting on your experience with a user on their profile or under their thread. Technically nothing will stop you from becoming a middlemen, but you have to build trust and get your name out there. People will always go with more known, reputable, and trustworthy members - it's hard to get started if nobody knows you.

There are also requirements to access the 'middlemen' sub-forum, if you haven't unlocked it you won't be able to post your thread.
