How Would You Rate This Server?

So, I recently bought a spawn from a seller here "Marcus". I talked about it with him saying if this is your spawn that I saw another server. It was obviously world downloaded from my server as I was the only one who bought the spawn. I went on the server who copied my spawn ( and basically every single config I did , but that is not the main point) And this is what i got back

From these screenshots links that are posted below, you can obviously see that they did not build it and "Marcus" did as his builds are mostly similar to these.

Also, uh I only posted this because incase this owner ever tries to join MC-Market and purchases stuff from here or somewhere else, you will know he is a fake. Plus I want to know what you think I should do since they are copying everything I've done on MineRidge
