Hypixel auto tip

Straight forward, I am after a hypixel auto tipper which can tip all the boosters while bypassing the 3 second tip cooldown. This is possible as I have seen players with it but they all have private ones. I will pay $15 for a working auto tip which works with 1.8 forge. I want a custom made auto tip not one off the internet.

Basically, Players activate boosters and I can tip the players with /tip, I want too be able too tip all the players without doing the /tip command while bypassing the 3 second cooldown also, If possible make it so you can tip the same player twice. This is possible.
