That is the total number of tickets that we have "Required Management" to handle.
Also the number is off because it counts "Resolved" tickets in ticket counts.

Interesting 'bug' though.

Ultimately you being able to see that isn't a big deal, none of the information you can see there is anything you couldn't otherwise find out so I see no reason for us to fix this, especially since our migration to XF2 will likely change this.
