I need a Minigame plugin for about 5 - 10 $

I'm looking for someone to make me based on Splatoon for about $ 5 a mechanical and follow him to pass you choose to do this plugin. Before paying I want to see the plugin to work. I also want some accessory for the lobby of the server world that host it. The plugin should be private for my server.

I am a devloper I've been doing Java for almost 3 years now and bukkit for about two and a half years and 5$for all from 10+ hours of work, I'd get more from a homeless dude... It irritates the fuck out of me when people think coding is like swinging a magic wand or that this is how you code"command hi create minigame arena"... It is far more advanced than that, and I am saying this because before I started to learn Java/Bukkit ect... I didnt think devloping was as hard/advanced as it is.

You think I am bullshitting? Go learn developing on your own, a minigame takes more than 20 minutes to make unless you decompile or have a pre-buildt framework...
