I need a social media selling site developed

I need a web developer for a social media selling site. I'm going to get a template, so the front-end work of the website will be very little, I'll mostly need someone who can do the back end stuff.
The website will include:

• An area where you can buy shoutouts from specific accounts and select how long you want the shoutout up for.
• You can leave ratings on the seller
• An area where accounts are being auctioned off. Includes a bidding system
• Sellers can login/register on the site
• Payment gateways like paypal

I can either pay a developer up front or offer a partnership where the developer gets a portion of the sales. Please add "pm_dragon" on skype if you're interested.
