I need a website done for my hosting company

Uh so basically I want a main page, with basic stuff about our hosting company, our locations and our features, our pricing, some of our reviews and stuff like that. I then want a second page where it's just the header and footer and where I can place my HetrixTools Status Widget. I also want a third page where I can put the specifications of my server hardware.
It must look modern and be in a dark mode.

My budget is around $25.
