Hi guys, i have money on my paypal, got no notification of getting limited or any of this shit and when i try to send a payment to anyone it says: We can't send your payment now.

Any Fix?

Not sure. It will normally get limited for a reason so you will need to contact their supoort but if you're under 18, I suggest you don't do this as you will need to provide some sort of ID.
