I would recommend you don't just ask some random people how much something will cost. Example) You ask two guys the same question. Let's say you ask, "How much for a hand drawn MCM Profile picture?" The first guy will say 15$ but the second guy will do it for 5$. The point is that some people might high-ball you and make you think that their service is worth more than it actually is. I would recommend you search the forums around a little bit and see how much they are going for (without asking) and come up with a budget/how much it will cost by yourself.
