Idea for HCF Core (The core will be Free or Cheap)

Hi, i'm here because i need your help!
I want to make my own HCF Core, and I want to know all features you want in, I will implement them in.
The core will be free, or very cheap (Like 10-15$) and made 100% by me (from nothing).
I already start the plugin, and made the "basics features" (Like deathban, lives, faction, basics commands, scoreboard, SOTW, PvP Protection, kits)
So, let my know what you want it, and I'll do it !​

Here are some ideas:

- Base regenerates once it is no longer raidable.
* This will encourage factions to rebuild instead of just quitting. Note this does not give their items back, just rebuilds the base back to its original form

- Allow factions to buy traps and/or enhancements for their claim.
* Enhancement: An example would be that, while you are in your claim you get specific potion effects, fly, or things of that nature.
* Trap: Another example would be if that if you go raidable your base is blocked off for a couple of seconds, giving you a head start to gather everything you can from your base.
