There was a scam report made against a user called IvieProfen because the user charged back on the OP's minecraft server. Although I don't know the user (IvieProfen), I think that scam reports like these should be ignored completely as they have nothing to do with this marketplace. If you could create these scam reports then I think half this website would be banned because chargebacks are quite common, especially when a server flops or the owners are incompetent.

You can view the scam report here: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/604318/

A scammer is a scammer, no matter where they scam you from. If both sides of the scam have an account on here, and the scammed person can prove both that they were scammed and the scammer holds an account on here, I don't see why it should be treated differently than any other scam.

I mean, the chargeback would be valid if the server flopped as you do not have the product you paid for as the server is no longer online right? I believe that to be a valid reason.

When you "donate" to a server you're donating, Once you receive those items they have upheld there end of the agreement. You charging back on them No matter the reason is scamming. If are you willing to scam a server owner, Odds are you will scam others in this market place. Scamming is scamming no matter were it takes place or what platform it is on. Scammers have no place in this marketplace, just because you scammed off site does not make you any less of a scammer.
Donating is different from purchasing a digital product like a rank for example. Charging back without reason is scamming, and fully agree with the rest of your statement.

Indeed. If a server owner closes a map early with reduced payouts then that is a lot more reasonable, but completely refusing to payout is simply scamming players and will result in your ban if it is reported.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
