Chaoticcraft.net how can i make it better and get player retention higher?

Step 3: try to do the chat cleaner, not with 5 thousand colors and 20 letter prefixes

what should i use instead of bukkit plugins? I will look for more HQ builds next map. and for ranks it should be 1 color?

Maybe a few less prefixes/suffixes, and something to give the player when they join? When I joined I was instantly killed by a flying person in all diamond. Not exactly fair when I had nothing. I've seen other servers give the players immunity from pvp and constant full hunger for the first two hours, maybe you could do something like that?

I meant this with a dirty chat http://prntscr.com/9x2ntx also try to use the config of the plugins. For example, change that ClearLag thing for the server name or something like that. Also join and quit messages are unnecessary.

you can use kit once and it has decent armour. i could look into a pvp protection for 15 min when the player 1st joins[DOUBLEPOST=1454213849,1454213800][/DOUBLEPOST]

Welcome, quit and join messages are unnecessary. Also change the ClearLag thing to another text, looks ugly and unprofessional. Ah, and try to put less prefixes/suffixes.

the suffixes are people that buy then and can use them in /tags. Also anything else?

Like Throns said try and clean up your chat and make your server look more professional, when a player joins the server they get spammed with lots of plugins and stuff and a not very nice MOTD,You should try and get a tablist plugin and make your Scoreboard look nicer. Try and stick with the same colours for your Server name. we can probally help you clean it up for a vouch on our thread.
