In Need of a Server Logo and Animated Banner

Hi, I'm looking for a designer who can design a well made Server Logo (Icon) and an Animated Banner (for websites and such.)

Offering: I am flexible, but around $30. I can go higher (or lower) if needed, but that is how much I payed for someone last time haha.

What I want: Something colorful with both logo and banner.
I like to see creativity.
The name of my server is RaveCraft, so I want something that pops out.
For the banner, the IP is Mc.RaveCraft.Net
Have it switch between the following words: OPFactions, OPPrison, Minigames, Skyblock, and more.
* I do NOT want the banner and logo to look the exact same. Same ideas of color, creativity, and popping out, but not copies of eachother.
