TOS:
1. You will pay first. Once you pay, your ad will be sent to the account owner of the package you selected. All ads are queued and will be posted within 7 days! (Generally within 1-2 unless queue is full.)
2. You may not receive a refund or charge back after an ad has been posted.
3. If the account owner does not put up your ad within our guaranteed 7 days (unless other timeframe is agreed upon), you will be fully refunded.
4. Payments will be made through PayPal Invoicing. (You can use PayPal balance or use Debit / Credit without a PayPal account.)
5. All ads must be appropriate. Some of our account owners are fine with minor swearing, but adult content / anything that violates Instagram's TOS is not permitted!

As stated in the thread:

If you need any form of proof, such as proof of account ownership, proof of stats, etc, then just send me a DM! I'd be happy to verify anything needed!

So anyone who is interested can contact me, and I can get them proof of the accounts I own (for the one I own) or get them direct proof of the accounts that I work with, by having a DM sent from the account to their account, posting a certain comment, etc.
