Is it worth buying gta 5?

Is it worth buying gta 5 as I am seeing rumors off gta 6 being revealed during e3 or ps5 event?

I doubt that GTA 6 will be revealed. Though, I'd recommend waiting until the Steam sale anyway. It is not too long after E3.

If you haven’t played the campaign I would recommend buying it. I really enjoyed the story and the characters. If you’re wanting to buy it for the Online make sure you have someone to play it with or else it’s going to become a grind and get incredibly boring.

I have played this before and ik it so annoying!

go for it. that game is still HUGE and has at least a year or two before gta 6 comes out

I know its a huge game still but i don't want to regret my purchase.

Yeah it's pretty good, I still play it, and even if they announce GTA 6 (which is highly unlikely at this time) it would still take a long time for it to be released.

One negative thing I forgot to mention is how bad the pay to win has gotten. As mentioned by a few users above, the amount of DLC vehicles that have been added to the game has been insane. The flying hover bike is the most annoying thing to deal with and the tank they added is a waste of time to try and take on.

I bought GTA V PC a few months back and have enjoyed it, especially with story mode mods. I do also own PS3 and XB1 versions of it. It depends on how much you've played the game previously. If you've never played it before I think it's worth it, there's a reason I bought it three times
