Didn't they also make a deal of some sort with TellTale to make a story mode for Minecraft? Honestly, I thought that was a great idea. I still think it is.

Yeah but i feel like they're just adding mod ideas (like the two handed combat) they should add a few nice systems like player's quest and some rpg elemnts into it

or they could do is revamp the generation map thing and make it smooth and add more underground dungeon things! :c

I don't really believe its dying, its just that many of the original players are growing up and that same interest that was once there is now gone. The veterans will leave and the next generation will fill in, sure the game may change for the better or for the worst, but I don't think its going anywhere.
